Returns Policy

We hope your love your Christy products. But if you don't—for whatever reason—our returns process is simple and easy.

For Change of Heart Returns

You have 14 days to return the product from the date that you receive the item.

Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

If you're in mainland UK, you can use Evri to return your parcels to us for free (there are detailed instructions on how to do this below). We also welcome returns from a courier service of your choosing. In any case, we advise that you choose a recorded delivery service, as we are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

If you're outside of mainland UK, you will be responsible for the postage and cost of your return.

Whichever service you choose, complete the returns information on the despatch note that was included in your order delivery. Make sure to include it when you repack your parcel. If it is missing, this will cause delays in processing your refund.

Once we have received the item a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

For Faulty Goods

At Christy, we do our best to ensure all of our products are tip-top quality, but occasionally there might be a small flaw with one of our items.

If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact info@christy.co.uk or call us on 01613675800. Please include the full details of the faulty product in your email (or have them to hand if you're ringing us). We'll arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.

Christy Products that you Can't Return

For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers) unless they prove to be faulty or defective. Orders that contain personalised items with personalisation/monogramming cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning with Evri

  1. Click here to start your return
  2. Follow the instructions, then print the label at home or in your local ParcelShop using a QR authorisation code (don't worry, we'll email it to you). Ensure the Christy returns note that came with your order is safely inside your package. If you're using the original shipment packaging, make sure you take off any outbound delivery labels. Then attach your newly printed label.
  3. Drop off the parcel at your chosen ParcelShop or locker drop off (you can find your nearest one by clicking here), where you'll be given a receipt with a tracking code. Please make sure you receive an Evri ParcelShop receipt and keep it safe, as we can't trace lost returns without it.

You may also arrange courier collection of your return from your home. Please select this option via the link in Step 1 and follow the relevant instructions.

As mentioned above, please note that the products are your liability until our warehouse receives them.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date of delivery. If you cancel within this period of 7 working days, you must inform us in writing or by email at info@christy.co.uk. When completing the returns information on the dispatch note, please give the reason "I just don't want it anymore" and return the items within 14 days following the date that you expressed your wish to return the items.
